Best car rental place in Ottawa!
Check in guy was efficient and friendly. Took me forever to find the actual place to pick up the car though. It’s 3 levels underground in a partially un-lit parking lot with terrible signage for pedestrians, not really the company’s fault. When I arrived the vehicle I was supposed to get wasn’t ready and the workers spent 15 minutes power washing the exterior. Thankfully I wasn’t in a rush.
