They are very friendly people. I have gone their couple of times and I have a issue with extending my rental for extra days and every thing went smooth.

Pulled up to drop a 1 way truck off and was told they haven't taken truck returns for over a year. I have no idea why it was a location to drop off if they don't take truck returns anymore. Budget is good for the price but the logistics seems to suck completely.

This place is horrible. The employee working there refused to help us even though we were following Budget’s policy of getting a new vehicle after an issue. I do not recommend it at all. The gentleman told us that we would need to go back to where we got the vehicle even though we were not close to that location at all. You’re better off finding a different location because this place definitely won’t help you.

Elijah is the best! I had a last-minute request to switch to a 7-seater car, and he went above and beyond to help me. He proactively offered multiple options and made sure everything was taken care of. Thanks to him, I successfully switched to a 7-seater in the afternoon without any delay to our family trip the next day. I’ve rented from Budget many times, and this was another excellent experience. Highly recommend!

I was charged a late fee because they waited 5hrs to check in my car after I returned it on time. When I dropped off the car (before the return time) I handed them the keys and waited for some sort of confirmation but they just said I was all set. Then, when I got my receipt from Budget it said I returned my car 5 hours after I did, and I was charged a late fee as a result.
