Very friendly, attentive staff good customer service all around. The car was clean and no smells which was great. The Seaport area has changed quite a bit and the employee in the garage gave perfect directions to get out to route 93N. Thank you.

Rented an SUV from Budget at 2 Seaport Lane as it was a better rate and nicer car options than pick up at Logan airport. We had amazing service from John who took the time to help with questions from pick up to return with helpful drawn map and continued to answer my questions after return on final billing. This is a family owned and operated location, Diane and John do care about their customers and it was a great experience from start to finish! We left our switch in the car when we called they went above and beyond with their service in helping us get the switch back. Ms DiGiacomo and the entire team called us the second they found it and helped us return it. The car was also great very fuel efficient and comfortable.

Okay experience. Got what I needed, a little brusque, didn’t get the car I reserved but it was fine—if you need exactly what you booked, sounds like you might get hosed. Renting and returning in the city is always a bit stressful. The counter is actually on the back side (D Street side) of the building, as is the entrance to the garage when you return the car. When you bring it back, take a parking ticket, park on B3 in the Budget stalls, and bring the ticket and the keys to the counter upstairs
