We left our switch in the car when we called they went above and beyond with their service in helping us get the switch back. Ms DiGiacomo and the entire team called us the second they found it and helped us return it. The car was also great very fuel efficient and comfortable.

Okay experience. Got what I needed, a little brusque, didn’t get the car I reserved but it was fine—if you need exactly what you booked, sounds like you might get hosed. Renting and returning in the city is always a bit stressful. The counter is actually on the back side (D Street side) of the building, as is the entrance to the garage when you return the car. When you bring it back, take a parking ticket, park on B3 in the Budget stalls, and bring the ticket and the keys to the counter upstairs
I had made my SUV reservation well in advance but when I arrived to pick up my SUV on Wednesday 12/24/25, I was told no cars are available at all except a 12 seater van (not suitable for mountain or snow roads I was driving to) There were no SUV’s or even cars available despite us having a reservation The nice young man at the counter recommended us to not cancel our reservation in case someone else returned their car earlier and they would call us back. They call me to cancel my booking the same day of my arrival and didnt provided any solution to replace for another vehicle or other location
