The absolute worst customer service ever! The car they were providing us was a piece of junk dinged up and holes and stains throughout vehicle. The rudest girl at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never rent from them again.

Although there was an after-hours drop box available for returning the keys, a posted notice stated that vehicles were not to be dropped off after hours and that customers would be held responsible for any damage that occurred during that time. Because I was unable to return the vehicle the following day, I placed the keys in the drop box and returned the vehicle at the originally agreed-upon date and time. Despite returning the vehicle as scheduled, I was subsequently charged a late fee.

My wife rented us a car online with Budget in Tomball, said they had a car. We showed up and she said that they do not have a car. Told us to go to another Budget. We called customer service and they told us to go to the Budget Kuykendall, said they had a bunch of cars. 26 minutes later showed up and they said they don’t have any. Do not recommend using Budget unless you want to be disappointed. I need to get better at reading reviews before I spend my money. Wish me luck still waiting.
