We reserved a full size on Thanksgiving, so my daughter and her family (5) could come to Alabama for the new year. She got to the location to pick it up and was told they didn't have the vehicle. The people at the counter told her She was going to have to go to the airport and see if they had anything. When ahe got there it wasn't any better. No vehicle. What's the point in making a reservation if they can't keep up with their end. Will not ever use Budget again.

Had made a reservation 3 weeks before I needed the car. I had reserved a full size car nothing really special. Got to Budget in Tomball and they didn't have any cars. Was offered a small SUV but it wouldn't hold what we needed to take with us. Left with out a vehicle. Called customer service and they said we would have to go to the airport to get a car (about 45 min drive) I asked how I would get both cars home and they said can you use Uber (I have never used Uber) to get to the airport and they would reimburse us when we r... read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They rented a car & charged us for it but upon our arrival they had NO CARS. Said they had some coming. 3 hours later & still "NOTHING NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL" Absolutely the worst ever!!

I’m writing this review to sincerely help others. Do yourself a favor and go to the airport Budget car rental to get your car. Do not rent a car from here. We received a car from this place that had a flat tire. The employee said she went to go fix it… woke up next morning to leave for our trip and the tire was flat. This put us 2 hours behind because we had to drive to the airport to exchange cars.
