I’m writing this review to sincerely help others. Do yourself a favor and go to the airport Budget car rental to get your car. Do not rent a car from here. We received a car from this place that had a flat tire. The employee said she went to go fix it… woke up next morning to leave for our trip and the tire was flat. This put us 2 hours behind because we had to drive to the airport to exchange cars.

Update: After contacting the store once again and speaking to the manager Roger, my issue with being overcharged, was resolved. Roger was very professional and helpful. He has been the only one, willing to help me and get my issue resolved. I highly recommend you speak with Roger only, should you encounter an issue. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. f I could give it 0 stars I would. The guy who helped me acted as if we was offended that I made a reservation online. He said “I hate when you guys do this”. Why get mad at the customer for a service your company offers???? He was rude and demeaning and absolutely should not be in customer service. They then proceeded to refuse me service because they don't accept who I bank with? Okay. Never come here. They are horrible.

Don't waste your time with this company. The service is crap, the customer service is even worse. The employees are rude and making a complaint gets you nowhere. The vehicles they rent out are tore up and not maintained, even the associate will tell you this. They will not give you a refund for the crappy service. Stick with Uhaul, cheaper and better service.
