Car was great. They were really busy when we arrived. Many folks waiting but they got hold of the situation in a reasonable timeframe! Return was very simple!
Willy was great at drop off. We drove a Mazda hybrid and it got amazing gas mileage.
Never rent a car from budget/avis. They will Scam you. No one went over any of my paperwork with me at all. When I got my rental car there was a rock mark in the windshield and I thought nothing about it. I returned the car end of my trip and now I received a bill for 604.00 to replace the windshield. Ian paying to replace a windshield I did not damage, no one at the counter went over any paperwork with me about annotating anything.
I’d give a zero star if I could, customer service lacks luster in all regards. I wish I could give a name of the specific gentleman that waited on me to be more specific but he would not give it.
