Well this is my first budget car rental bad experience, the vehicle was not the one I booked. They offered me another vehicle that was not in the same category as the one I had rented. What made it worse for me was the unprofessional and non customer service of the lady named Susan. If you do rent there just be ready to be patient. I ended up going to another rental company.

We made purchased a truck for rental on 1960 houston two weeks in advanced, then on the day we needed it they canceled our truck. Then referred us to woodlands, to get a truck for 2 bedroom appartment, when I get there the truck size was not big enough for a two bedroom appartment and they didn't have anything bigger, the owner, Karen told us she owned all of the locations and if we needed to make 2 trips we can, we said what if they charge us more, she said to tell them to call her. Pick up time was late i had the pick up time at 8am because i made plans to go on a road trip. I received the car at 10:10 am, no apologies from the staff they just told me “ oh we send you a message about delays last night “ which in fact they didnt, they send it that same morning. Car was new and good but not cleaned. Staff is not the best and not friendly with the customers crazy attitude and act like they dont care about business.

I would give zero starts. I paid for a full size SUV. I prepaid. The price was $117 but as soon as I clicked pay it changed to $137 but they said I should see the refund. When I got there they did not have the car. They gave me a much smaller car and charged me more for it. I will never use this place or budget again. So it was not $117. It was $137 and later on they charged another $40 for the smaller car. Shame!

They randomly sent me a call and left a message that they needed Me to cancel the vehicle. I called and got a corporate line, who had no idea what was going on because they didn't see any cancellations or supply issues. Corporate was kind enough to switch the reservation to a different location, so apparently they're a known problem.
