They randomly sent me a call and left a message that they needed Me to cancel the vehicle. I called and got a corporate line, who had no idea what was going on because they didn't see any cancellations or supply issues. Corporate was kind enough to switch the reservation to a different location, so apparently they're a known problem.
Melinda is the very best customer service agent I have encountered at any location took very good care of me I made it back home for the holidays to spend time with my family thank you ! (Give her a raise) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would NOT recommend this location. When I called just to verify that my booking had been canceled, ( because I called the day before, but booking was STILL showing as confirmed). I encountered a RUDE female, with very little to no customer experience. People in customer service need to have respect, ears to listen and a kind, caring personality. She was very short in conversation and NO CARE of my concern. Just sad. The lost my business and everyone else I know.
Don't rent a car from here. The service is terrible, and the staff has a bad attitude. I rented a mid-size SUV but got a Mazda instead. The car itself was very old, and the main issue was a strong smoke smell inside the car, which got worse when I turned on the AC. The next day, I went to return the car, and the lady at the counter told me they didn’t have a similar car, but I could rent a Tesla Model Y.
