I arrived in Redding for a 10-day trip to visit my family from the Midwest. I originally booked a full-size vehicle, and I was upgraded to a large SUV. It totally accommodated all of my family members. I would highly recommend this location. Very easy to navigate and helpful staff!

Had a car that required servicing and unsafe to drive. Customer service communicated to bring to closest counter. Where they were unwelcoming and unwilling to help replace. Counter staff and roadside assistance do not work well together. By pointing fingers at one another and give contradictory instructions.

When in Redding, and needing a rental, Budget at RDD airport is where to go. Conveniently located, and cars are a short walking distance away from terminal and rental office. Have rented here 3 times before, and will rent here again. I do recommend it, and its staff. Plus no hassle check out/drive out.
