Needed a car on a Sunday for a trip. We usually use Enterprise and never had an issue, unfortunately they're closed Sundays so we decided to try budget. Booked online then went to pickup the car and got denied due to credit score? I've never this issue before. I was not made aware of this upon booking. My whole trip was ruined and the lady at the front counter was rude from the beginning although I didn't get her name.
