This is a Costco preferred vendor. You make your reservation...show up ....they say the truck is not there. Then they direct you to go home and try to schedule a new truck. HORRIBLE. Costco needs a new vendor.

I needed to rent an SUV for a trip to Arizona, I called and specified the car I would like to rent and I was told that they have one for me, when I got there to pick up the car, it turned out that the car is old and dirty, the guy behind the counter told me to take the car to their other location on citrus so they can wash it for me! They close 10 minutes early to catch people into paying an extra day!!! Pick a different car rental place this is a scam. False advertising times of business can be disputed with credit card companies just fyi!
