This was my first time renting a car on my own and I absolutely will never do it again at least not with this company or location. They told me one amount and charged my car a much higher amount. If you book online (like they suggest) they will not do anything to help if you need to make changes. They will not let someone else pick up the car for you even if you tell them who it will be and they have your credentials (that should be mentioned up front).
