Booked a vehicle for my stranded wife her van broke down and was being serviced. So we thought a car rental was the solution to get home. Booked online with Budget foe a 1 day rental. Return to the same location.Uber dropped her off at the wrong location and she was there as the guy was closing the door. He told her that they don't rent to people with pets-which is not the case according their online policy. So I hope that guy has a nice weekend and thanks for the compassion. I'll make it a point not to rent from you ever.
Don’t call here. They can’t speak with you on the phone! What a joke! I rented from someone else!
Called several times in a row from 130- 2pm to advise i would be late for my reservation pick up - no one answered. They didn't even call to let me know they were closing early. Ended up missing my reservation for my work trip. Unprofessional and unreliable. Never booking with this location again
They are amazing , firstly you met with smiling face and helpful guys there.We arrived to Pearson at 4:30 and my reservation was for 5:30 pm but when we were at Budget the car was ready.Thank you Budget.
