Never have a car first they will say please hold for one moment please , and then we dont have car , in the beginning they never say we will look for a car just always one moment we dont have a car say that in the beginning when u picked the call happened 5 times

I made a reservation for a vehicle days in advance, and called when I got the confirmation email to double-check there would be a vehicle available. When I arrived there were no vehicles for me, and the staff was not able to get one there or arrange transport to another Budget location. Terrible planning and service.

I was just in there to rent a car and the man was very rude he first told me to book online and it didn’t work then made me sit on a phone for an hour then refused to rent a car after but took all my personal information worst experience of my life the guy was very rude and aggressive and was trying to charge me &300 more then online pricing plus $40 a day for for insurance
