I always have the best experience here. They are quick efficient and incredibly professional . Malik is always there to give the best customer service. I’ve only had one mix up with Budget, which was an error on my part. However, Malik was not only quick to rectify the situation, he took care of the problem, offering me a cold bottled of water in the process and he made sure it was all stress free! Highly recommend this location!
I was going to skip this place and go to Burlington just because of the bad reviews, but it turns out the management has recently changed, and I had a smooth experience. The guy in charge was friendly and helpful, and I had no problems whatsoever.
It's not all bad, but the employee had the cheek to hassle me about the gas not being full when I actually returned it with *more* gas than it had when I picked it up. He shrunk away when I told him "I take before-and-after photos of the fuel gauge when I rent cars, I can show you how it was when I got it". Not a huge deal but why must my trip end with someone trying to scam me?
Terrible experience all around. We paid in advance for a specialty car and ended up with a price of crap. They just shrugged and kept the money for the premium vehicle. We had tried to call to confirm a couple of days before but couldn’t reach anyone. Now there is a random unexpected charge on our visa we’re going to have to call and figure out.
Booked a vehicle for my stranded wife her van broke down and was being serviced. So we thought a car rental was the solution to get home. Booked online with Budget foe a 1 day rental. Return to the same location.Uber dropped her off at the wrong location and she was there as the guy was closing the door. He told her that they don't rent to people with pets-which is not the case according their online policy. So I hope that guy has a nice weekend and thanks for the compassion. I'll make it a point not to rent from you ever.
