Everything was smooth and easy, the employee was nice and respectful
The guy at the front desk was great! However, the business model of: make a reservation for a car and show up to get one a completely different size, is unacceptable. Multiple.calls beforehand to ensute the vehicle would be sufficient and still, what a joke. I feel there needs to be some accountability for the absolute lack of interest in taking care of your customers and honoring the reservation that was made.

I wish I could leave negative stars on a review. My husband booked a car days in advance, just to find out that they only had a few cars left (not enough for all of their bookings that day) and they won't hold any? What is this type of business model? What is the point of booking a car then? My husband called ahead to make sure they had a car and the lady just laughs and says, "well we only have one and there are other people trying to take it too, so good luck."
