Horrible. Don't use the website to get a reservation because you'll show up and they never have a car for you.
Not sure what the guy name is with the dreadlocks working the front but he was super cool and funny making my visit worthwhile. Vehicle was described as is and wasn't feeling like I was just paying for anything. Great car rental place.
Always great going in
The folks were very nice; very polite and all, but the Ford Transit recall happened about a week and a half ago. However, I was not called by Budget until the DAY BEFORE we were to pick up our Transit - leaving us in a very tight spot with not many options. Everyone was nice, but I don't understand why we didn't get a heads-up sooner. I know the recall itself wasn't their fault, but why the lack of communication? We were lucky to find a passenger van at all. Thanks to Hertz on McEwen Rd., we did.
