Employee was rude they didn't bother to explain anything to us when I asked for copy of the extra insurance I paid for response I got was " it's a third party" not even help to get it then while sitting behind counter just said cars all the way to the end. Didn't go bring it to front or even go to door even we had to walk to the way end of parking lot pushing what appeared to be only half a key pushing button to see car light flash. I love going to this budget. The cars are always clean and in great shape and the people working are always so nice. i definitely recommend using this branch
If I could give zero stars I would. Manager was rude, apathetic, and unhelpful. No option to pay other than by a faulty chip, even though I had already paid for a deposit online. Didn’t even have the option to tap or swipe. Don’t waste your time here
