I am charged for damages and a missing back bumper I never caused!!!! I rented a car on June 6. I picked it up and took pictures And noted scratches and dents on the car. Obviously the car was in an accident. The car was not clean. There were spots and dirty Floor mats. The car was not topped off. And on the dashboard, there is a warning saying that the system is malfunctioned.. This was originally a 5 star review but then I find out from my husband that they’re trying to claim we retuned our car late and charged us for an extra day even though he did what he was told by the employee of this location. We left the car half Hour before we were supposed too! Now they won’t respond to his calls! Stay away!
