Car smelled just was so horrible oil light came on car was not well maintenance car was super dirty carpet was ripped everywhere sits were gross stains everywhere like they don’t even clean their cars I do not recommend
I rented a truck for personal use and was informed that in order to utilize my credit card’s insurance coverage, I am required to fill out a detailed form providing sensitive information. This request was not clearly communicated at the time of booking, nor is it standard practice across the industry. Additionally, I find the requirement to provide extensive documentation—especially under short notice—both inconvenient and unnecessarily burdensome for personal use.
I came to this place last august 2024. Booked rental for a full sized sedan for a roadtrip. They only had a dodge charger and challenger available and chose the charger because it has more room. As soon as I inspect the vehicle and drive off, I noticed that the engine oil warning sign came on. I checked the dip stick and no oil came out. This was around 9pm so I had to call the service line to exchange the vehicle at the Ontario airport. This location doesn't honor their prices. If your work provides you (their worker) with a corporate code of $102/three days, this location will argue with you because they don't know "how you got a lower price" and modify your reservation to say $236.52.
When I showed up to pick up my minivan reserved online weeks in advance, they told me they don't have it. They gave me smaller SUV which wasn't washed, had oil change reminder alert on and tires were also bit worn. I had to wash the car inside and out myself to take it for my trip. Not sure if this is a norm as my previous rental from other place always had clean car with well maintained tired and oils.
