This is my first time using budget/Avis here in Chino Hills. Picking up the vehicle Rameez aka Rambo was amazing! Made sure I had a good car with a good Air Conditioning. He walked me through the workings of the car. Returning the car Shahid was very helpful and patient with us. Amazing Customer service and I definitely recommend using this location to rent your future rentals! Ask for these gentlemen! They will take care of you! Thank you Rameez and Shahid for taking care Of us! We will definitely be back!

Horrible business. I had a reservation and they gave my car away, right in front of me, the employee said " I don't care" . There were no more cars and I was stuck. The business is horrible and didn't care. They have done nothing about it after requesting information. Over a month later and they still have done nothing. Please read the other reviews of this location.

Made a reservation online and was called the day before from the Chino Hills location that the truck was unavailable. I then canceled the reservation and was told I would not be charged. I was still charged a $150 no show fee.

Needed a car to rent cause mine was in the shop. Shahid was great and his customer service was top notch! I extended my rental 4 times without a problem. I always complain about rates per day but Budget Rental has the best rates in town, hands down! I will definitely be renting from this location again. Not just when my car breaks down but even for weekend getaways! Thank You Shahid!
