We had a great experience. Both the pickup and dropoff were fast and easy, the car was clean and all ready to go, and everyone we talked to was friendly!

We rented a car in Reno to travel to Klamath Falls. Four hours into the trip to our room the low oil light came on. It's a 8 hour drive feom Reno to Klamath Falls. It appears that Budget does not maintain there vehicles. The Road to Klamath has at 4+ hours of no cell access. The towns we had to drive through were lucky to have a few thousand of people living there. Everything in town which may be a store or gas station close before 6pm. vehicles are maintained and the line moves quickly if you answer the questions prior to arriving at the airport. I wish the vehicle had multiple phone charging options, but I enjoyed the complete process.
The staff got me out the Airport in les than 5 minutes and she was Amazingly fast and friendly
