Great experience and awesome customer service! If you are headed to Medford, OR and you need a great car at a fair price, Budget should be the first stop once you get off the plane!

Late getting car, very rude lady at the front counter. I understand that car take time to clean but be pleasant and I will wait patiently. If you are rude or angry at customers then there is a bigger problem.

I made my reservation using the Delta app. It was seamless picking up the car and dropping it off. The agent at the counter was knowledgeable, thorough and accomplish things in a timely manner. I needed to drop my car off very early in the morning and she showed me exactly where to put the key and how to fill the form out for drop off. I’m very pleased with Budget and will rent with them again.

I've had an ongoing need for a rental car since my car hit a really long delay in repair turnaround. I was thrilled to find that Budget Car Rental had the best LDW daily rate (by far) for rentals hovering around 30 days. Even more, I was pleasantly surprised by the counter agents who understood my dilemma and worked to put me in a set of wheels that matched my current car.
