The car rental I paid for and reserved now has to be refunded because i don't have the physical card on my person. The lady at the front counter is super rude too. Didn't give me any options or save my reservation. Save your time and money.

Terrible experience with the Electric Vehicle we rented! The charging port was broken. No full refund. Avis and Budget are both awful.
They gave us an EV as their most affordable car, didn’t tell us it was EV or how to use. The charging port was broken on the vehicle and we were stranded on the coast of Oregon with no power in the car, and no answer from budget. We missed the wedding we were set to attend. When someone finally did pick up the phone, as we had to find a place with cell signal, we were told they would tow the vehicle for $350 fee and we were responsible for it.
