I’ve used this Budget location at least 3-4 times now. They are the best rate, especially for a minivan, and they’ve always had my reservation ready at the expected time. I’ve had great customer service both at pick up and drop off. I recommend using this agency.

I would give them -5 if I could. Horrible. Cancelled reservation literally one hour before the pickup time. Did not make efforts to provide alternative rental. Would not match the difference in price for a new last minute rental. Which was 2.5X more expensive. Would not escalate my situation/complain. Yes, their prices are great, but there are no cars!!! Never again will I rent from Budget.

We reserved and prepaid nearly $1,200 for a Tahoe for four days at the Medford Airport location. When we showed up, the employee at the counter didn’t even pretend to care. Before we said much, you could tell by her attitude this was going nowhere good. We simply asked if we could pick the vehicle up about an hour early. That lady at the Medford Oregon budget office today at 2:15 literally never stopped scowling. I have never seen a more unhappy human! Hope her life gets better!!
