I’ve dealt with a horrible experience, first time ever renting a car and it was a disaster. I had to do a cross country move to St. Louis just getting out of a toxic relationship and the lady told me that the authorization hold of $250 was supposed to come off within a couple days. Classic bait and switch... I booked a cargo van and then when I showed up they said they didn't have one and never had one. Instead I got a big truck... Deceptive and a huge pain as trying to find an after hours drop off with clearance that tall before my early flight proved impossible.

I booked a moving truck three weeks in advance, my reservation was confirmed and I was given a confirmation. The Friday at 2:30pm before my Monday moving date, they called to let me know they would not have a truck available because they had let them all be reserved for one way trips and would not have inventory by Monday morning. They summarily cancelled my reservation with no way to make it right and no help for the fact I now had a move in three days that I did not have a truck for. Very friendly and supportive staff. I didn’t have my credit card on me and this is the only place that allows people to book rentals with debit cards. Our car broke down on us on our way from Seattle to California and this place saved our entire trip. Thank you!

Joey is the best. Exceptional customer service and just an all around great person. We need more Joey's in the world. Made my car rental experience very positive. No need to look around, this is the place to go if you need a rental.
