I notified the young lady that was working the counter that the windshield had a long crack in it. She told me don't worry about it we are taking it up to Portland to be serviced. I said I wanted it noted on the computer that it had a cracked windshield. She told me it was done. She didn't bother to get out of the office to walk around the car to inspect it with me.
