If I could give zero stars I would. Rental reserved for 12:00 today arrive at 11:59 and employees are gone for the day. It’s Christmas Eve and I’m leaving for a family trip to Disney and now royally screwed. Called Budget customer service countless times and was hung up on. There were several customers at the location with us trying to return cars and pick up rentals. You all just screwed up a lot of peoples Christmas plans. We travel frequently and will never use you all again.
SCAMMERS...The tattooed bulldog looking girl is lazy, unprofessional , rude, and nasty. She literally was insulting an 80 yr old woman. Tried to give her a big van to drive out of state. Finally got her a car and refused to walk around the car with her or answer her questions. Then she threatened to have her husband come there when I told her she needed to help the woman.
