Would not recommend..I had a reservation, went to pick the car up and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. Her name is Vickie. I have a corporate discount that she refused to honor because she said I was trying to rent for free..from the moment I walked in she was down right nasty..she asked if I had the credit card from a previous rental to see my discount code.. I wish I could give Budget Car Rental zero stars. My recent experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Not only was the customer service abysmal, but I also encountered something far worse—a blatant display of racism from the lady behind the counter. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with rudeness and condescension. The woman at the counter acted like she couldn't be bothered to assist me, even though I had a reservation.
