Would leave zero stars if possible. Anyone reading these reviews please save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable, professional rental car company and not Budget rental. My experience with customer service at this particular location was incredibly distasteful and beyond that the company is charging me for repairing a tire that I did not cause damage to. Made reservation for a moving truck online week prior to pick up. They call late afternoon (4:30) on the day before I’m scheduled to pick up the moving truck for a move to say they don’t have a truck. I drive by the place everyday. They’ve had four moving trucks in the parking lot all week long which is reason I booked through them. Those trucks are still there now. I would leave one star if I could. Placed reservation this morning at 10 for pick up at noon we show up there are eight sprinter vans on the lot. None of them in service. They accepted our reservation and then turned us away. This is the second time they’ve done this to us. And we’re not a regular customer we’re a business customer so this was important. They have lost our business for good.
