“Reserved” a car that wasn’t available. Ridiculous toll charges, ~3x the amount of the toll. This charge also appeared over a month after I rented a car, maybe they thought I’d forget I rented from them (I wish I could). Tries to upsell you with random useless additions. I booked online and the best part is that this location is in the airport so I had to pay for the pleasure to park and overpay for a jeep compass. Don’t use this company.
Had a rental set up went to go pick it up and an a planned event ended up blocking the road to get in there. They wont answer there phone the other rental at the airport won't honor the price. So last minute on a holiday screwed out of a vehicle. . . .terrible business ethics
Scheduled a “reservation” for a truck, a day in advance. Arrived the next day at 11:30am for my “reservation” and they had no truck available. No call or email to let me know this was the case before I drove 20 minutes. I do not recommend. Their email confirmation is deceiving because they said “your truck is reserved.” Do not let someone “reserve” a truck if there is none available. Or don’t call it a reservation.
