Terrible customer service, cars are often dirty or have an unpleasant smell and the lady/Owner is beyond rude and unhelpful. She actually cops an attitude with the customer if they make mistakes or fall severely short on service and follow through rather than fixing the issue. It’s also common for your reserved car type to be unavailable. Just an all around sketchy, dirty and nasty business. You’ll have a far superior experience going 10 minutes down the road in the Kettering or downtown Dayton location.
Dorian was a wonderful, great service and attitude making the rental process smooth, quick and easy.
Normally I don’t have a problem with this location but after this rental, Damn sure I will never go back. how are you holding money on my card picked the rental up on Thursday evening the car was return on a Monday. I paid with my credit card which they took the money and cleared my account today as I’m writing this review (wends) But you are still holding rental and fees on my another account how that shit should been fell off there is no reason you still holding on to a charge I talk with my bank and they told me it was pe... read more
