I’ve had a great experience with Budget Car Rental. Every time I visit, the staff are friendly and create a really positive and welcoming atmosphere. They explain everything clearly and even go out of their way to let us know about benefits or discounts we might not have been aware of. Do not trust this location. Online prices are not honored, and they increase the cost once you arrive. The staff is rude and unhelpful. This place feels like a total scam.
I had a very bad and stressful experience at Budget Car Rental. I booked and fully paid for my car online, including insurance. When I arrived to pick up the car, the front desk employee refused to give me the reserved vehicle and insisted that only a higher-category car was available. First, he asked for an extra $10, then $20, and later tried to force me to pay an additional $60 for insurance, even though I had already purchased insurance online for $30. Terrible experience. This car rental location is very misleading. I booked online at one price, but when I arrived, they try to raised the price with no valid explanation.
