I had a very bad and stressful experience at Budget Car Rental. I booked and fully paid for my car online, including insurance. When I arrived to pick up the car, the front desk employee refused to give me the reserved vehicle and insisted that only a higher-category car was available. First, he asked for an extra $10, then $20, and later tried to force me to pay an additional $60 for insurance, even though I had already purchased insurance online for $30. Terrible experience. This car rental location is very misleading. I booked online at one price, but when I arrived, they try to raised the price with no valid explanation. Customer service was rude and unprofessional. This feels like a scam. Please go somewhere else or choose a different location.or go to enterprise and get good customer service
