I refuse to support Budget/Avis due to the overcharging I experienced.
I had a great experience renting my vehicle from Adam. I had made a mistake understanding my booking and was upset, and he calmed, clarified and provided me with service that made everything work out great. Thanks Adam!
They scammed me a rental I booked online. Said my name on credit card doesn't match the name online(I used shortform of my middle name) and refused to even help refund the transaction. It was such a hassle, in the end, they plain started refusing they do not even have the record of the transaction.
I brought the vehicle back 3 hours late. Because life. I was told to keep the rental because I was being charged for the next day anyway. I returned it because I no longer needed it. Terrible policy. BE WARNED DO NOT BRING BACK 1 MIN LATE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT DAY.
Two middle age male custom service reps working on April 5 2025 verbally abused me while picking up a vehicle and when I asked for their names, they laughed and said Phillip and Brock. Disgusting behaviour and will never rent from this location again
