"Save yourself the headache and go next door." I had a highly disappointing experience here. Upon pickup, the employee brushed off doing a joint inspection, telling me to check the car myself. When I returned it, they tried to charge me for a scratched rim and a damaged tire. Fortunately, my pre-rental video clearly shows the pre-existing rim damage. Recently rented a Car out of London, Ontario, returning the vehicle to Windsor due to flight change. Called and confirmed no Drop Charge. After dropping the car in lock box I received a $272 drop charge. Tried disputing but they were happy to steal my funds, Will never use Budget anywhere again
Truly and utterly the worst car rental service in the entire city. DO. NOT. RENT. From here. I promise that’s any other rental service has better customer support and assistance. I had a horrible rental experience last time, so they gave me a coupon for a free 2 day rental. I tried to book those days online, and it didn’t work. I reserved a Van a month in advance, received paper work 2 days in advance to complete and bring in at time of rental, but then I receive a call the day of the rental informing me. They did not have the van. The gentleman I spoke with said they have not had cans for months. Avoid budget truck rental at all costs.
