The cars were great. Absolutely appalled by the lack of professional customer service at drop off. I completed my tasks as a customer (brought the cars back on time, fueled up, cleaned and vacuumed out) only to be treated with utter disrespect by the lady working the front desk. When customers ask questions, it is not to get under your skin or make your day harder; it is simply to understand the answer you provide. I love renting vehicles from Avis-Budget. The staff at the counter are always friendly. Their vehicles are clean and well-kept. Highly recommend renting from Budget

Ive been renting cars for years from multiple companies on my travels. I have never had a bad experience until Budget in Casper. We left the lot with a leaky tire. Thought it just needed air, turned out it was leaking. Woke up one morning to 8 P.S.I. I used this car on a camping trip and had to put air in it daily. 8x. What if i was backcountry camping and had this car sitting at a trailhead for days to come back to find it on its rims and no cell service for assistants?
