I had reserved a van to go work in Brooklyn, New York to work at this location with a Mastercard. Once we got here the morning of the trip the individual behind the counter said that none of my cards were good that they “do not take that type of credit card“ they had already used one of the credit cards to take my deposit but when we got to the budget, Rent-A-Car this location, it was turned down do not use this location. Went to pick up a rental was told after arriving that it had been allocated to a different location and my reservation was no longer there. Terrible customer service no empathy.
