Carmen and Charles were exceptionally helpful. What a great representation of Southern hospitality. Carmen helped us with a repair on our rental car that allowed us to continue on our vacation without pause. Charles graciously filled our washer, fluid, fixed our car, remote, and washed our very dirty windshield. Little things that made such a difference for us. Thank you very much for going above and beyond You are the greatest!
First we checked the prices online when we landed. We were then told a price double by the worker at the desk so we booked the cheaper price online. We got into the car and it reeked of Marijuana and had debris on the floor and even eye drops in the console. We went back to request a different car but they were unable because we were dropping it off in St. Louis. The lady at least made a note on about it on our lease so we wouldn't be charged. I would never recommend anyone to this company, they asked me for my email address twice telling me that they will send me an email, but I never received their email message. Do you know why? Because they were busy stealing my money, they took my money more than the amount agreed before, and I don't know why, I try to call them three times but no one picked up the phone to talk to me. Worst experience of my life and my son’s life. I had a car already rented and then I got a text from Budget. The text said you know book and get an upgrade and a whole bunch of trash. When it’s time for us to leave and pick up the car at the airport, it is pouring down rain and I haven’t slept much. It’s been a hectic vacation. When I show up, they give me the keys and it’s pouring rain.
