When we booked our vehicle for this location online, there are options to select compact, mid size, standard size suv. We selected a standard suv. We received a compact suv. “Compact suv” to anyone’s standards, Google, including the vehicle manufacturer, but apparently not Budget’s. When approached about the size difference in the vehicle to what we paid for, budget doubled down that the vehicle we received was “standard.” We paid for a standard because we needed to fit 3 car seats in the back row. My flight was delayed and I would have missed my connection so I decided to rent a car through Budget. When I got to the kiosk, they informed me that, even though, I was able to book a reservation, they did not actually have a car available. The two women at the kiosk were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unsympathetic and just made the whole situation worse with their behavior.

Horrible experience with budget, made reservation for 9am pick up, couldn't get it till 10:45 causing travel delay time. Car had a slow leaking tire as I start to travel, and eventually blew out, luckily I made it my close to my destination 12hrs away... customer service said I can exchange at any budget location, kool!! But for some reason the locations I went to they didnt have a vehicle for me to exchange, except for the airport 2hrs away... but I did go and exchange and got another vehicle ... great... but because I retu... read more
