Complete waste of time. Made a reservation, gave them payment info, came to pick up my rental and they told me absolutely nothing was available. Now I'm set back 2 hours and no truck. Do not use this business.
Tyler took great care of us when I had car trouble and needed to change out for a new one. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes!
Would not waste your time here.. I would pay the extra money and go to enterprise. Our van was knocking, charging ports didn’t work, heat didn’t work. Made it down to Florida and it broke down. Wasted a whole day down there because of having to get it towed and get a new one. The brand new van that we got had 3 miles and the charging ports didn’t work either. We called them and they say there is nothing they can do about it. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your vacation days trying to get a tow truck.
