Swapped vehicles smoothly here
this place sucks. We had the worst experience with not only checking the car out, but with the car itself. It shouldn’t be on the road. The wheels are worn down. There were scratch marks and dents all over the place. It felt like somebody just raced this car in Baja 500. Beware if you were going to, rent from budget

The check-in process was fast and easy (I reserved online), and the folks who helped me were very courteous and professional. Reading other reviews just now, I sort of understand people's frustration when things don't work out well for them because I've been there before too, but their complaints seem to have more to do with Budget corporate or reservations and not reading the business hours in advance.
