Exceptional customer service!!! They came in clutch when my flight was cancelled and had to adjust my rental.
Didn’t tell us about the credit check and credit score until the day of our trip and now they won’t even answer our calls for our refund, which in terms sets them up to lose a lot of customers.

I returned the car with a full tank of gas, but they still charged me $115 refueling fee. They eventually compensated me, but not until I had to call them 4 times, email proof of the gas receipts, and go into the drop off location. I shouldn’t have to spend that time proving I was right when they made the mistake. It was a complete waste of time and very frustrating. There are too many other car rental companies in the area. I won’t be using Budget again.
