This place is a complete scam. I booked a car, they didn't have it, so they upcharged me for a full size vehicle. I told them I might have to return the car late and they said it wouldn't be a problem. But they charged me a late fee of $60. They also charged me an extra day since they were closed on Sunday; but received the car back already. SCAM. Don't rent here!!

Horrible experience with this location Vehicle had a strong weed smell but customer service representative (Allysa) refused to acknowledge that and declined to provide with alternative. She wanted me to pay for another vehicle. Also, she told me vehicle was full but instead it was on 6/8. Budget should really look into the matter, if they want to stay in business.

Visited at 12:00 PM. The staff asked me to wait for about 20 minutes, then refused to assist me with being added as a driver to my father’s rental. Instead, they told me to call customer service myself. Very unhelpful and a waste of time.

1st, the last 3 times I rented they didn’t bother coming out to the car, just gave me a form that showed no existing damage and asked me to sign off. When I went to do my walk around I found damage to the car and brought them out to see it. That 3 times they wanted me to sign off on no damage to the car while there was definitely damage.
