We received an awful Hyundai Venue which broke down on us, when it ran was a total piece of garbage, and clearly was not the vehicle reserved. However, customer service was amazing, the girl at the airport was extremely friendly and happy to help, she made the experience a 5 star and would return based on her willingness to help. Phenomenal display of customer service and just greatly appreciated her help.
Danielle was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate all the extra effort, it made my visit to family so much better.
Trying to book online and never works. Tried different browsers and different times / dates etc. and keeps giving the same error: " We are Sorry, the site has not properly responded to your request. If the problem persists, please contact Budget". If someone could have a look that would be appreciated.

I rented a car online and arrived at the pickup location before time, but there was no staff present to assist me. I waited for more than 45 minutes and repeatedly called the number provided, but no one answered. Because of this delay, I ended up missing an important commitment, which was extremely frustrating. After countless attempts to reach customer service, someone finally picked up and sent a person to help after 15-20 mins, but by then the damage was already done.
