Trying to book online and never works. Tried different browsers and different times / dates etc. and keeps giving the same error: " We are Sorry, the site has not properly responded to your request. If the problem persists, please contact Budget". If someone could have a look that would be appreciated.

I rented a car online and arrived at the pickup location before time, but there was no staff present to assist me. I waited for more than 45 minutes and repeatedly called the number provided, but no one answered. Because of this delay, I ended up missing an important commitment, which was extremely frustrating. After countless attempts to reach customer service, someone finally picked up and sent a person to help after 15-20 mins, but by then the damage was already done. Book 4 or so cars per year with Budget for business. Had no issues in the past. Most recently the customer service was bad. Had to reach out 3 times looking for an explanation on an extra charge, ultimately had to reach out to Expedia who got an answer within a couple hours. I was charged extra for dropping off the car 2 hours late (no one was there to receive it), they told expedia it was 6 hours late - why stretch the truth?
