Unfriendly and unhelpful staff behind the desk. Made to wait an hour for pickup despite entering arrival flight details in the booking
I initially rented a car for 5 days. Having been forced to change my trip, I ended up only keeping the car for one day. I was very surprised to find that the entire booking was debited from my account. In addition to being dishonest, this is theft.
Booked a car online and went right to the counter when my flight landed. Great friendly service and was given an Audi, no issues with the car, good on gas, and the rental was so affordable! I could have paid 40$ a day with budget or 90$ a day with the competitors but I had a great experience and see no reason to pay more.
Long day of travel, evening flight to Saint John was delayed. Nobody bothered to stay to help the customers who had booked a car. We had to scramble to change our travel arrangements as a result. No phone call. Nothing. No way to get ahold of you in the evening when we knew our flight was delayed. You are the actual worst. It’s awful that you would just leave people stranded like this.
I’ve rented from this location several times recently and the service has been great. It’s a small airport so expect a line when you arrive, but the staff is fast and friendly. Sam has helped twice and been exceptional.
