Couldn't find it attached to the hotel lost for 1h then it was closed at 12
Fees on top of fees. $90 to extend a rental for 3 hours. Rediculous
I've been a loyal customer to Budget/Avis for years. This particular rental situation was a giant hit to my customer loyalty. My reservation was cancelled a day before the scheduled pick-up time. I talked to 3 different people about the situation. One of them being the owner of the pick-up spot. Not one of them could tell me why my rental was cancelled. Not one of them even tried to find a solution to get me into another rental, unless I was okay with paying 2 to 4 times more than my original reservation. Plus I had an email... read more
I usually don't rent from here this time they were the only ones that had cars available. Rental went ok
