I've been a loyal customer to Budget/Avis for years. This particular rental situation was a giant hit to my customer loyalty. My reservation was cancelled a day before the scheduled pick-up time. I talked to 3 different people about the situation. One of them being the owner of the pick-up spot. Not one of them could tell me why my rental was cancelled. I usually don't rent from here this time they were the only ones that had cars available. Rental went ok
