We rented a Jeep in Jackson Hole WY for a week. It ended up being an off road ready Jeep. Not necessary but was a cool ride and fun with the top off. We had a fuel charge issue on the return and I spoke with Natalie who resolved the issue. One of the coziest most beautiful airports, is Jackson Hole, with the most convenient rental desk and lot, ever, literally feet from the plane you just got off. The staff were professional and as helpful as possible during a really busy season. When I asked for another vehicle from the first they offerred, they went to the back and found me options, with diligence and patience. I really appreciate that. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! That should be enough but they give one price then hit you with another. The location looks like there already going out of business, staff are rude and unprofessional. I would rather get an Uber X then use them again.
DO NOT use them for any sort of large vans for large families. I had a reservation booked since February 21st for a 15-passenger van to take my family of 8 to our first cruise ever. On June 4th around 2 p.m., I thought to go stop by the office on the bypass. The attendant at the desk was very unprofessional, not helpful, and did not even want to pull up my reservation.
