Such nice people and very willing to help and problem solve 10/10 wonderful customer service
Came here to get an SUV but they didn’t have one available. This could have been a very bad experience but Montana made it a good one. Although they didn’t have an SUV he offered another vehicle on the lot. It wasn’t necessarily what I wanted but it worked out. Montana’s customer service was 5 star. He made everything quick and easy.
If you’re reading these reviews and are seeing people say that this location has the worst customer service listen to them! Lainey should never be in a customer service facing position ever again. Did not even get a chance to rent a car because how awful she was.
