This has to be one of the worst moving truck rental experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I reserved my truck for 11:30am days ago and when I get to the shops 15 minutes early they haven’t heard from the guy “bringing the trucks”. It’s no over an hour later and still haven’t heard an ETA, there’s no other options for loving trucks, no reimbursement for my time is possible or even worth discussing in their eyes.
