Horrible service. They wouldn't let me rent a car tho I had money because I had no credit card only a debit card from my bank. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't recommend them. Also the guy ahead of me needed an Uber rental had a reservation and he was turned away. Horrible service. The lady working there had no empathy and no experience to help clients find a way to get a rental car. Do not do business with them. Betsy perez was the representative.

I’ve rented from this location multiple times. The service has never been quick, but I’ve usually let that slide because the cars were solid and the selection decent. Not this time. I booked a full size rental and used a coupon for a premium upgrade. What I got was a dinged up Chevy Malibu that smelled weird and felt more like a “we’re out of cars” consolation prize than anything remotely full size or premium.
