I’ve rented from this location multiple times. The service has never been quick, but I’ve usually let that slide because the cars were solid and the selection decent. Not this time. I booked a full size rental and used a coupon for a premium upgrade. What I got was a dinged up Chevy Malibu that smelled weird and felt more like a “we’re out of cars” consolation prize than anything remotely full size or premium. Waited 50 minutes for our vehicle, when I called to see if there would be a credit for returning the car one day early I was told yes. That was not the case and no refund will be issued. A classic case of lack of training and or the left hand does know what the right hand is doing. No wonder their star rating is very poor at the SQ3 location. I will use Enterprise in the future.
