Made a reservation 3 weeks ago. I called this morning to let them know I’ll be an hour late. I was give.n to a manager, who informed me that they don’t have any cars in stock to meet the size I pre-reserved and PREPAID. He doesn’t know when it’ll be in. He just said “I’m waiting for it. I’ll let you know when it’s in. They don’t give me timetables” I don’t know the point of making a reservation if they can’t predict their inventory and plan for their reservations.
