I reserved a cargo van well in advance, only to arrive and be told there were no vans available. Instead, I was offered a box truck, which did not meet my needs. At no point did anyone notify me that my reserved vehicle would not be available. The staff at the Clearwater location were unfriendly, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Possibly the nicest car rental experience that i have ever had. It is truly refreshing to rent a car and not be upsold. The owner explaimed the pros and cons of add-ons such as toll options and actually recommended the cheaper option for my needs. I know that rental employees are encouraged to upsell but having an experience like this leaves you with the feeling of great service and that they place more value on customer satisfaction and repeat business. This place was an absolute joke was way overpriced I was more interested in credit scores than went around the corner to Enterprise and rented a bigger vehicle for a whole lot less don't recommend
