Nice location, Ricardo is very nice!
I was nervous renting because of all the bad reviews, but I’m so glad I did. Ricardo was so helpful and made sure our reservation was taken care of quickly. He called to confirm and because of a plane delay we were a bit late, but he was very helpful and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. As we were walking out it started to rain and Art came over and helped us get our luggage in! Just in time. Appreciate the extra kindness and a BIG huge thank you for such a great job!
Ricardo is friendly and honest with great customer service skills. He is an excellent proprietor who cares about the customers and excels at what he does. Overall very positive experience. Art is friendly and very helpful as well.
I reserved a cargo van well in advance, only to arrive and be told there were no vans available. Instead, I was offered a box truck, which did not meet my needs. At no point did anyone notify me that my reserved vehicle would not be available. The staff at the Clearwater location were unfriendly, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful.
