Very very pleased with the amazing service Lercy the other manager faith along with all staff they are all very professional and polite I will always continue to rent my cars and send all family and friends to this location….i highly recommend this company….
I arrived at the location as a last-minute walk-in on a Friday, hoping to rent a 15-passenger vehicle. I was fortunate to meet Lercy and her coworker, who were by far the kindest people I’ve encountered at a car rental agency. They went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating exactly how customers should be treated—even total strangers—by doing everything within their power to help.
We left a cellphone in the rented car. We called many times to report (Albany station). They never picked up. Their form online did not have Albany as an option to report lost & found
