Very kind and professional staff. Easy access to and from.
Had a reservation. The pickup went smoothly and the employee was very nice and patient. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but the car was nice. With time and mileage, I ended up paying about $70 more than what I prepaid for when I dropped it off the next day.
Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged a $50 late drop-off fee despite my confirmed booking clearly stating a return time of 6:00 PM. When I arrived on time, the location was already closed due to Memorial Day hours — closing at 4:00 PM. At no point during the booking process or in any communication was this early closure disclosed. Very very pleased with the amazing service Lercy the other manager faith along with all staff they are all very professional and polite I will always continue to rent my cars and send all family and friends to this location….i highly recommend this company….
