Had a reservation. The pickup went smoothly and the employee was very nice and patient. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but the car was nice. With time and mileage, I ended up paying about $70 more than what I prepaid for when I dropped it off the next day.
Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged a $50 late drop-off fee despite my confirmed booking clearly stating a return time of 6:00 PM. When I arrived on time, the location was already closed due to Memorial Day hours — closing at 4:00 PM. At no point during the booking process or in any communication was this early closure disclosed.
