I made a reservation for a moving van online for the move from Frisco to Northwest Florida. My partner and I walked to the store from the house we stayed the night before. The walk was about 35 minutes and I chose 10 am to pick up, so we showed up at the store around 10 am on March 13th. I figured the pick up process would take about 15-20 minutes, but I was wrong... i had a reservation through costco at this location. the evening of my time to pick up i walk in, no greeting, dimly lit with no air ventilation. i walk up and am barely spoken to or made eye contact with. as we discuss the rental fee agreements i’m told i must opt in to have 33 dollar a day rental car insurance. when i declined, i was told that it’s ILLEGAL to not add in the insurance through them. for the record, that is incorrect information and i was out right lied to. so i cancelled my reservation, luckily enterprise ac... read more
Rented a car from budget off Teel and Main street in Frisco. They had the cheapest rates at the time I needed the car. I was upgraded to an SUV because they didn't have any cars. Rental agents were very nice. Check out process was super easy. Just drop the keys at the counter and go. No hassle at all. I will rent from them again and recommend this particular store if you are local to Frisco.
Easy check-in and got the car. Friendly reception from Rajesh, who was very patient at answering all my questions and guiding thru picking the right options for my rental. This is sure a game changer saving me a couple of hours to go to the airport to pick up/drop off the car. Looking forward to using this place more.
