Attention! I like when I can actually get a car that I reserved from here. Their system is a mess. You can rent a car online, show up at the store, and they don't have a car in sight for you. Complete cluster. Make sure you rent well in advance and call the shop to confirm. And confirm again. Maybe one more time. Otherwise... Good luck.
I made a vehicle reservation and got a confirmation of the same. But when I take an Uber to get here, they say they don't have any cars. On top of that they say I need to call customer service myself and ask for refund for a mistake that wasn't mine. A waste of two unnecessary uber trips. They should reach out to people who made a reservation informing about lack of calls ahead of time. Atleast the refund should be handled by themselves.
