They do not carry the appropriate car seats for 40lb plus toddlers and they don’t accept feedback about it either. They were trying to get us to use seats that were not the appropriate type or weight capacity for our child.

Waited 25 minutes outside a locked door. Worker blamed me for coming early, like I can control traffic and other travel logistic. Why is no one working in the office during business hours? Told the very rude employee to forget it and I took my business elsewhere. They clearly don't give a shit about customer service. Location should be shut down given all of the negative reviews. What a joke.
