Pal and everyone at this location were friendly and helpful. Our rental pickup and drop off were easy and quick with no unexpected charges. I highly recommend this location.
Terrible experience with miscommunication about adding a driver to the contract during a very stressful time, customer service has been awful to deal with, I am out $700 for a 2 day rental. I would recommend any other car rental place.
Terrible customer service. Will never be using any budget friendly car service location ever again. Not friendly at all. My family had an emergency, We had called several different offices and got the run around. All we wanted to do was add another person to the car rental. But we’re not able for both parties to be at the same location at the same time. We had gotten mixed responses that this was possible but would have to call different times persons.
