Super unprofessional. They take reservations and don't have cars for you.
Cancelled out minivan the day before we were to pick it up in the morning despite having it reserved for 3 MONTHS. Then was told the only alternative they would offer was a compact at the airport for $300 MORE than we had the van reserved for. Don’t count on them unless don’t seriously need a vehicle-just want one for funsies or whatever. We do this vacation every year and it will be the last we ever use this company for this or anything. I rented a Chevrolet Suburban from Longmont, Colorado location (1 S Main Street) on April 23, 2026, with a reservation scheduled for 11:00 AM. Upon arrival, I was informed that the vehicle was not available. While I did receive a voicemail earlier that morning at 8:24 AM, I was unable to respond as I was at work.
