I rented a Chevrolet Suburban from Longmont, Colorado location (1 S Main Street) on April 23, 2026, with a reservation scheduled for 11:00 AM. Upon arrival, I was informed that the vehicle was not available. While I did receive a voicemail earlier that morning at 8:24 AM, I was unable to respond as I was at work. Had a reservation at 8:00 am and they did not have a car ready until 9:45 am. Did not have the type of car I requested. Asked me to then wait an additional 15 minute after I arrived cause they hadn’t cleaned the car (but did offer to let me take another one that was already clean for another $10 a day, classy). Service manager was fine, but will not be using this company again.

Dont book here, booked a reservation weeks in advance just to have it canceled the morning of my reservation. Basically said i was out of luck and to call somewhere else. Didn’t even try to point me in the right direction of getting a refund for the insurance i had already paid on the car . Reservation was for March 15, they called me 3 hours before my reservation to tell me they didn’t have cars

Absolutely terrible service!!!! Booked our rental car six weeks in advance and they call 4 hours before pick up they are unable to fulfill our request. We paid $521 Monday to Monday for a premium SUV rental. Now the price for the same rental is $386 per day. Some horrible horrible customer service. Avoid these scammers at all costs. Their response was tough luck not our problem we don’t have the car you need. Won’t honor the price and they just don’t care.
