I had a very disappointing experience with the Budget Car Rental location in Lyndhurst, NJ. I made my reservation for a moving truck two weeks in advance because I was scheduled to move out of my apartment on that date. To avoid any issues, I called the location immediately after booking and spoke with a gentleman who confirmed that my reservation was in their system and that the truck would be available.
