Sent me a text an hour before I was to pick up my reserved rental telling me that there were no cars available. Had to scramble and find a rental somewhere else quick. Reserved with Hertz and although they did not have a vehicle available, they did have one available at another location. The young lady asked if I wanted a Lyft to the other location on them of course and that's exactly what I did. Hertz did all they could for me. Budget was just like sorry there's nothing we can do. Car was GREAT! No issues at all. The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars is that we had to wait 2 hours to get our car and they didn't have enough workers for as busy of a location this was. It was a good experience overall, and workers were pleasant (I would have been CRAZY with being that non stop busy all day, so Kudos to them! 🤣) and helped everyone pleasantly, even though many seemed upset that they had to wait. Maybe Budget should hire more staff...or at least PAY these people more for the work they do. 🤷
