When I picked the car up, Yohance assisted me. He was very polite, provided fast service, and made sure I was happy with the car before leaving which I was… it was extremely nice! Upon returning, he was there to assist again, answered the questions I had, and was again very professional! Definitely will be back to rent again and I give the entire experience a 10/10!
Booked a car back in May for a wedding this weekend. Picking up at Greenville Spartan International. Upon pick up no one is at the desk and the line is growing. It’s been 2.5 hours of waiting when they finally shared they have no cars available and unsure of when they will be returned. This is beyond frustrating as a customer and for all others who are waiting for anything to happen.
