First called and asked if they had any vehicle available. They said they did. Charged me $244. I show up to pick up the rental and was told they didn’t have anything available. The gentleman was on the phone with his cousin the whole time talking about chick fil a points and how he has so many of them. ( trip cost me $40 to uber there and back) left my id at the front desk. If I could put zero stars, I would. Returned car on agreed date, got the bill later in an email for two additional days added. Not to mention the car smelled like weed and smoke and was dirty. When I went to turn the car in, the door was locked, had to ring door bell and finally the guy came out the back, propped the door open like he didn’t want me to come in. Gave him keys and left. DO NOT USE BUDGET!!!! If I can put zero stars, I would. Absence of customer service, rude clerk, lack of communication, promised product undelivered. I reserved a vehicle, when I came to pick it up, clerk told me that there are no vehicles available whatsoever, that this is how their company operates, and that there is no guarantee of the vehicle available even though I reserved one. No apologies, no calls to confirm, no emails to warn that there is nothing available and that they overbooked, no attempt to make other alterna... read more
