I returned a Budget truck to the Fowler store recently. Before returning the truck, I filled the gas to full per the contract agreement. After returning the truck, I received a charge for not filling the truck to full. After calling the store and disputing the charge, I was told I needed to talk to the manager. The girl who I spoke to said the manager would reach out to me, however, I never received a call. I called the store again and was told the manager would be in at 4 that day.
