I was treated very poorly at this location by Nicole. She made me feel as though my concerns were not valid and was extremely dismissive of the situation. After I explained that the rental vehicle began smoking from under the hood and had to be towed, she showed no empathy or concern. Gave away my rental when I was late coming from airport and did not have another available car. When I returned a car from another location, they okayed me just to charge me months later. Front counter help is awful.
The place is clean the people are lovely, I would have no problem renting from here in the future. Budget rental car is getting a one-star because there is no zero. I am in a desperate situation today and I called budget I went through all the trouble of renting the vehicle as I was driving over to the place. I waited in line to be told they have no rental cars.
