The Fort Myers location on Fowler Nicole and Reggie were awesome. The staff was excellent. My flight got canceled. Had to extend Reggie had me extended in two minutes. Fabulous service.
Everything great except the car wreaked of cigarette smoke. Zero compensation. No apology.
Employee ID: PCI819813 - You can tell she's not a fan of her job. Repeatedly had to ask her to confirm her details because she purposely spoke fast to avoid me collecting her information properly. Not sure why my questions were avoided. Not sure why the tone of the conversation had gone south over me trying to understand a faulty fee. But otherwise, good luck.
