The longest line in history lol I never do reviews but come on, how do you get away with this ? If we give all of our info online why do we need to wait in these lines, definitely never use this company again, rather pay more than waste the only half of your travel day after already being on a plane for hours.
I am fine that they didn't have a vehicle after I already paid but I am not ok with rudeness of the onsite representative. Lazy and rude. 2.21.26 at 9:15 am.
At ALL costs do NOT book her or come to this car rental!! 2 hour lines to get keys to car, nobody is working here, and nobody is helpful. WORST customer service I have ever seen! Absolutely ridiculous! We have rented cars in almost all 50 states and have never experienced anything like this!? THE WORST!!
