Deliberately avoided answering my questions and phone calls. I called for help while sitting next to my father in hospice near end of life asking for an explanation of my contract questions. 25 calls and being ignored.

Imagine with me, you have a trip upcoming. You look for a place well in advance to reserve a rental car so you can make it to your destination.. Great, I'll just pick it up that day. The morning of the DAY OF!!, they call you and say.. "sorry, we don't have any cars available". Excuse me!? Do you know HOW RESERVATIONS WORK! Terrible company, never come here, go to a reputable place, because apparently they can just give the car reserved for you to someone else if they feel like it.
Very difficult to work with. Rude and uncaring. I use very infrequently thank heavens.
Says that have the car on the website, call you last second and say they dont. Customer service is useless and wants to upcharge you an insane amount. ENTERPRISE HELPED ALOT AND SHOUT OUT TO THEM!!!! EDIT: Budget's reply tells you to contact them and they dont even care about your reply or know what your talking about. Explained the entire situation and they told me to call customer service to essentially waste my time. Literally deserve zero stars.
