Paid in advance for a car for a week. Arrived today and was told no cars. Not even an upgrade option. Suggested I take an Uber an hour to a different location. Unbelievable.

Crooks! Got the vehicle with a full tank, and returned WITH A FULL TANK, still charged $60 for fuel...Called customer care and they said "it shows on our end you returned the vehicle with the same amount if not more then what you got it with"......Kalamazoo Budget tried to pull a fast one....never again will I use this location. Be aware

I have been trying to contact local car rentals, need a car for just a couple days and I had questions. Calling this company, despite the local phone number, I ended up in an automated system. After firmly saying "representative" a couple times I was transferred to an out of US call center. Great difficulty with the reps English. Told her I wanted to speak to someone at the local office. The blatant racism we received is incorrigible. The fact that people think that it’s okay to treat people this way is criminal. Austin’s customer service or lack there of was quite jarring. The fact that he knew what he was doing and proudly gave me his first and last name was very telling. We reserved a vehicle for 9/24. We went to pick it up & was told that there weren’t any after seeing many vehicles in their lot. They said to come back 9/25 after 8pm. Unacceptable.
