Picked up a rental last Wednesday. When I got in the car and turned it on, it said needs oil change on the dash board. Told the person at the counter, and ge said you take it to a local car shop, get oil changed and they would bill budget. Really??? Was on the phone for 2 hours with customer service about this. Everytime I come to AZO, I rent from this budget office. Their staff is just the nicest people, especially my man Adrian! He greeted me with a big smile and said what’s up man! Who says that at a rental company?usually they are all pissed off and just wanted you to get out of their face asap. But not budget, not Adrian, his customer service should be setting the standard across the country. Let’s go budget!
Adrian at Avis was handling Budget and Avis today and CRUSHED IT! Friendly, smart and super efficient. Unbelievable hospitality and customer service! Clone the man and give him a raise. He deserves it.
