Very mixed feelings with Avis/Budget at the moment. Im an avid user with every membership they have and a significant amount of years of rental history. My last experience drove me to rent from enterprise and has continued to do so. I prepayed went to the airport snd was bluntly with no empathy told theres no cars. Go to gr or get your money back. Bye. How rude and unprofessional.

The staff here are incredible! They are willing to help and will go above and beyond for you. They helped me get a bogus charge reversed after 5 agents on the phone refused to help!! Huge shoutout to George & Justin for getting this issue taken care of!!! I almost had my mind made up to not rent from Budget again but they turned that around. THANK YOU!!!!
