Put in a reservation at the beginning of the month for a box truck needed at the end of the month. Called a day before I was set to pick it up to make sure they had it. Not only did they not have it but none were nearby in the area. Everyone I talked to seemed like this was a completely normal thing and the booking system is consistently not accurate.
Nick was amazing helped me get set up and squared away , great service , great communication , good car satisfactory , overall a great experience. Will be booking again !

I have had bad experience with budget outside of airports, this budget however upheld the professional business standard i would expect from any location. They called me ahead of time and said they were tight on cars, and that they would call me when my car was avaliable. Ended up being able to pick up on time for my reservation but i really appreciated the communication from the branch. It sounded like they cared about my reservation and my business with them the entire time.
