Was able to pick up a car and Alaa had quick customer service and helped get me into a great car. I definitely have experienced very long wait times at car rentals, and this was not that. Thanks again!
Don’t shop with these lier I got a car from they said nothing was wrong with it & got me for 6500 don’t even want to tell me what’s wrong
Put in a reservation at the beginning of the month for a box truck needed at the end of the month. Called a day before I was set to pick it up to make sure they had it. Not only did they not have it but none were nearby in the area. Everyone I talked to seemed like this was a completely normal thing and the booking system is consistently not accurate.
