Worst branch of budget! I made a reservation and got 2 confirmation emails. When I got to the location at the right date/time, I was told that they didn’t have a truck available and they even told me to call U-haul! Don’t try this company. It’s a waste of time!
I had a great experience at budget with Rosanna, very courteous, and took the time and explained everything.
The workers have no idea what they are doing and my price changed three different times - once over the phone, then again in store and the after the renal was returned my card was charged with now a new price that the worker had to call corporate to confirm. Would never use again
I’ve been coming here for 4x already whenever we come back to visit family. I wished I discovered this place sooner. We used to rent at enterprise but customer service and efficiency is unmatched. Rosanna is amazing everytime is in and out. The car we got every time is in great shape. This is the place we will always rent from everytime we come back from now on!
