The girl who works there was extremely rude she came outside while we were chatting and said what do you guys want and then I used my debit card to try to rent the car and I have fraud alert on it so the card would decline then I have to say yes to the transaction she said did you not read the terms and conditions with an attitude I have a credit card but the experience was so bad that I just left she was extremely rude and it’s like she was annoyed that we were there never again
Absolutely the worst company ever. I requested a car for rent, paid the money and I was going to pick it up at 8:00 am, the manager called me and said he doesn't have any cars now and asked me to call 2.5 hours later and he will definitely have a car, I called as he instructed and again he had no cars. Made me lose money on cancelling Uber. Please don't deal with them.
I had an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience with the lady staff at check-in. She had a very negative attitude and spoke in a manner that felt unprofessional and dismissive, like she had no regard for customer service. Her behavior was rude, and she lacked any basic etiquette. Used this location for a 4 hour rental to and from JFK airport. Much more pleasant experience than JFK! Lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. Service was quick picking up and dropping off.
