I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I had to return the car earlier than scheduled and was charged a late fee. The initial quote was $115, but I was charged $175. I plan to share my experience on Google.
Had inclement weather in toronto and cancelled flights.. had to change airport. Abel was amazing and helped us with our 2 cars. Really amazing service. This guy is literal definition of customer service.
