Absolutely the worst car rental experience ever. Car not ready and also the car was absolutely disgusting. No gas in the car.Smelled like an ashtray and had cigarette burns to prove it. Mildew in car vents and car was in an accident. How they can possibly have a vehicle like that in a rental rotation is beyond me. Employees not helpful at all. Didn't even try to help with a replacement. And upon return they charge me extra fees , I am sure in spite, so I had to make more phone calls to customer service. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS... read more
Disappointed! They advertise and charge you for a truck but don't have access to any trucks. Staff is nice but the have to seek BS everyone as this is an independent franchise...
