The office was a mess and a bit smelly

Very convenient and beats going to the airport. The staff was very helpful. The woman there is heaven sent because she assisted my wife with our reservation when she did not have to and for that we are very grateful.
Alert: This budget/Avis office closes at 4:30 pm on weekdays. There is no wiggle room if picking up late afternoon or evening time. I have been a loyal Budget/Avis customer for a while now. I booked the car and chose Springfield Plaza as my pick up location. There was traffic in the way and I reached around 4:25ish. It took me some time to even locate where Avis/Budget is inside this plaza. There is no sign outside and no board outside the door. Too many shops here.
