The Budget/Avis Car Rental on Bay Area Blvd in Webster, Texas is excellent. I was looking to test drive a specific Toyota car model as it is on my short list for buying. Budget agent Tito went out of his way to find me the exact model I was looking for…even checked other Avis/Budget locations in the county until he found the one I wanted to try. I had a previous bad experience at another vendor, and it was my first time renting a car from another place. It was exactly what I thought the experience was supposed to be like (compared to my previous horror story of a rental). It must have taken less than 15 minutes to pay and pick up the car. It wasn't the car I reserved, but I understand that these places have to swap out inventory all the time and you are really reserving a type of vehicle. The vehicle worked great for my family.
