*edit to add they have now made it right. I appreciate that but it should t have been that difficult! We rented a car from here last weekend. We were told that the car had a full tank and must be returned that way. No problem. Noticed as we were driving into town that the fuel was only half full. Sent a message to their support center with an image that showed the date and time and not wanting to get stuck with a charge when I returned the car a few days later filled the tank up cost me 56 dollars when it should have cost me... read more
BEWARE this entire company. They are rude, disrespectful and shady. Rented a vehicle with a FAULTY TIRE and then charged for the replacement WHEN IT EXPLODED MINUTES AFTER BEING DRIVEN AWAY. They don't care about their customers nor their safety. Go to Enterprise. Better vehicles, Better prices, Better company and they WONT ATTEMPT TO MURDER YOUR FAMILY.
