They made a reservation I prepaid for the truck they charged my card I paid for a taxi across town to then be told they don’t have any cars available at all let alone an suv
Very poor service. After making a reservation, you arrive at the location to pick up the car, and they don't have any. We called customer service, and they didn't help. 0% recommended. They waste your time.
Came in it was quick only took 15 minutes with a crowd that car was ready and gas ready to go thank you Jeff for your service
Very friendly and efficient
Picked up car with full tank of gas, returned with a full tank of gas. Get charged 15.99 plus tax equal to total of $17.02. Bunch of rip off artist. Won't ever use them again for my personal needs when my car is in the shop. Service is a joke.
