Budget is withholding my stuff. This has been the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. From being told Visa Cards are no longer accepted to being asked to bribe someone, to not being told how to retrieve my items that are being illegally withheld by budget. This is the worst company you can ever deal with. Legal action will be taken.
I waited in line at Budget for over an hour. They refused to come out and look at the car with me and note any damage because they "didn't have time." I went and looked at the car and the seats were covered in grease. I went back inside with the keys and asked for a different car, they said they didn't have any (despite helping kther customers), so I asked him to cancel my contract. Jeff always goes above and beyond to supply reliable cars for my work and leisure needs. I go out of my way for this office only due to how responsive and helpful Jeff has been.
They made a reservation I prepaid for the truck they charged my card I paid for a taxi across town to then be told they don’t have any cars available at all let alone an suv
Very poor service. After making a reservation, you arrive at the location to pick up the car, and they don't have any. We called customer service, and they didn't help. 0% recommended. They waste your time.
