Told us to book rental and they have no cars. They did not leave a message about there being no cars so when we called back they kept transferring us to the corporate number so I had to call from a PRIVATE number for them to answer. Every single person we spoke to there was rude and incompetent.
I had a great experience here, the price was great, the car was excellent, and the manager let me change the drop-off location without a problem. Thanks!
I reserve my car 6 weeks in advance.2 days before I was supposed to pick a car up.I called them and they told me they had no car for me.Could I get me a car?And then I find out the airport and lots of cars or vans in my case
